Looking for Warehouse Operative Job
Salary - £12.21 ph
Location - Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom
The Role:
- Reports to the D2C Shift Manager
- Operatives required between the months of July to end of October (temporary)
- Pay £12.21 ph
- Shifts available are 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm, working flexible shifts, 5 days per week. However, there is flexibility with start and finish times and number of days worked to accommodate candidates’ preferences
- Ensure that the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function to the highest standard
- To complete packing to a set process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, labelling products and boxes ready to be distributed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- No previous packing experience necessary
- To carry out general housekeeping and warehouse duties, including packing and completing duties for dispatch and inventory as designated by the Team Leader
- Always maintain the Company’s Health and Safety standards

- You will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Committed to hit targets
- Fast paced and methodical
- Excellent attention to detail and good coordination
- A confident person with excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and in a busy environment
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent team building skill
Must be an effective communicator and able to develop good working relationships with all levels of personnel across all teams including customer relationships
