The Role
We're seeking a confident and charismatic Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
- Collaborate with the team to prepare the restaurant for service, including stock checks and supply readiness
- Accuracy in processing bills and payments in line with company procedures
- Delivery exceptional guest service by taking orders, providing informed menu recommendations, and serving food
- Confidently recite the menu, including detailed allergen information
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
