Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Help with catering events, setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
