About the Role:
We are looking for a Breakfast Waiter to join our luxury hotel’s morning service team, delivering an elegant and efficient breakfast experience for guests. You will provide attentive table service, ensure a smooth flow of food and beverages, and create a welcoming environment to start our guests' day perfectly.
Key Responsibilities:
Breakfast Service & Guest Experience:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt service.
- Serve hot and cold breakfast items, including à la carte and buffet selections.
Ensure tables are set and presented beautifully before service.
Beverage & Special Requests:
- Offer coffee, tea, juices, and morning beverages with attention to detail.
- Handle special dietary requests and communicate effectively with the kitchen.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast hours.
Operations & Hygiene:
- Keep breakfast areas clean, organized, and replenished.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next service.
