What you will do:
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish wash machine.
- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitation of food & beverage preparation areas.
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils .
- Maintain the silver polishing program.
- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
- Key player on waste management and sustainability.
What we're looking for:
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
- The drive to learn and develop professionally and take on responsibility.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30kg.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
