Title: Waiting Staff at Kobe Sizzler Steakhouse
Kobe Sizzlers Steakhouse is a premier restaurant located in Moseley Birmingham, specializing in high-quality steak. We are seeking an experienced Waiting Staff to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, taking their orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information about our dishes.
- Ensure all guests are satisfied with their dining experience by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served timely.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
