About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Waiter/tress In Room Dining to join our team in The Peak Spa, at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

- Efficiently manage and process guest in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of in-room dining orders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room service menu, including food and beverage options, and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms, maintaining the hotel's luxury image.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel, showcasing a strong understanding of high-end service standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking and processing orders with attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in delivering in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy in presentation and adherence to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the varied needs of in-room dining guests.
