About the Role:
We’re a small but busy warehouse in Mitcham (CR4 4DA), handling online orders for Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join us on a part-time, flexible-hours basis. This role is perfect for someone local who’s physically fit, organised, and looking for flexible work within a small team.
Shifts are offered based on how busy we are — sometimes short notice — so being dependable and responsive is key.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for dispatch
- Organise incoming deliveries and maintain a tidy workspace
- Support daily order flow to ensure timely dispatch
- Assist with stock counts and general warehouse upkeep
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 23kg
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re physically comfortable lifting and moving boxes (up to 23kg)
- You have good timekeeping and communication skills
- You’re based locally (or have a short, reliable commute) to Mitcham CR4
- You’re proactive, tidy, and able to work independently or in a small team
- Previous warehouse/packing experience is helpful but not essential
Working Hours
Flexible shifts based on workload (typically between Mon–Fri, day shifts)
Some weeks may be busier than others — we’ll confirm shift times in advance
Expected hours: 7–10 per week (can vary)
