THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operator will be responsible for maintaining and keeping the warehouse running.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Check the delivery, write down the quantities on the delivery sheet
- Monitor WhatsApp and Slack for any communication with the logistics team and reply to relevant channels
- Routine inventory checks to ensure all the stocks are up to date and replenished
- Making sure that we have enough stock for customers
- Checking the quality of each received item from the delivery and separating the stained ones
- Keep track of the reject sheets
- Putting all the rejects in a cage and sending them back to the supplier
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse; toilets, kitchen, and the general area
- Organize the cages outside the warehouse; emptying the cages and organizing them according to the requirements.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a startup
- A keen eye for detail
- Should be comfortable lifting boxes and pushing cages around the warehouse
- Needs to be able to adapt to highly dynamic environments and situations
- 1+ years of experience working as a warehouse operator
