About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.
Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair
- Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable moments
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role
What you bring:
- Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours:
- This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week
- Typical working hours will be in the evenings, but flexibility is required to work day shifts
- The restaurant will be open 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required
