Essential Ingredients

 

Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working from 10am to 10pm

Experience in a similar role within FMCG

Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others

A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety

Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation

Understanding the importance of team-work and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

Working with cutting-edge bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)!

We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel!  Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK. 

With nearly 400 colleagues and over 21 different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7.

Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
