What will this role achieve? 

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Members – Tray Wash Operative which is a permanent position to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Member – Tray Wash Operative your main responsibility is to ensure the tray wash runs smoothly and efficiently providing clean trays to the Bakehouse.

The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in the Warehouse whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

What will be your key deliverables? 

- Ensure efficient running of Tray wash

- To ensure that consumables for the area are reported when reaching minimum level.

- Ensure that all pre use checks are completed and records are up to date

- Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.

- Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.

- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.

- Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.

- Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

- Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.

- Demonstrate good communication skill.

- Physical role – walking around the factory along with using step ladders

- Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.
