Summary
Duties and responsibilities related to the Goods Receiver
- To ensure that all items ordered are of high quality and meet the hotel's luxury standards.
- To prioritize multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure that stock is stored correctly and monitor its quality
- To inspect deliveries to ensure that all items are as ordered (correct quantity, quality, and condition).
- To keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and payment schedules.
- To ensure all purchasing activities comply with hotel policies and legal regulations.
