The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing:

- Unload and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Verify item quantities and condition, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper handling and placement for easy retrieval.

Order Fulfillment:

- Accurately pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines.
- Label and document outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure all orders are prepared in accordance with eBay’s high standards for packaging and quality.

Inventory Management:

- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
- Assist with stock rotation, ensuring items are stored properly and efficiently.

Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are free of obstructions and hazards.
- Assist with organizing and optimizing warehouse space to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Follow procedures to ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.

Equipment Operation:

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhere to safety standards when operating machinery and handling inventory.

Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety policies and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training sessions and implement safety practices in daily operations.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors to maintain a safe workplace.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to meet and exceed operational targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in training new employees and provide support to team members as needed.
