We’re currently recruiting a Barista to join our team at Unilever 100ve, part of the UK Corporate Services segment at Sodexo. Main Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages.

- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked coffee station and service area.

- Operate the till and handle all transactions accurately.

- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.

- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards at all times.

- Support the wider catering team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous barista experience is essential, preferably in a busy commercial or corporate environment.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

- Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
