- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice and recommendations
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keeping the store tidy and presentable
- Process and replenish stock efficiently
- Ensure accurate pricing of products
- Support stock inventory processes
- Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming store environment
- Adapt to varying shift patterns and peak trading periods
Qualifications
