Duties and responsibilities related to the Housekeeping Porter role.
- Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels
- Support the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously
- Contribute to inventory management by stocking housekeeping trolleys with supplies and amenities, ensuring optimal levels are maintained
- Assist with waste disposal, recycling, and the movement of furniture or equipment as required
