As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor. You’ll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

Due to the site’s location, having your own transport is highly recommended.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Achieving daily production targets
- Recording and reporting quality data
- Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles
- Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What We’re Looking For

The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. In addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:

- Good communication skills and strong numeracy
- A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with manual handling

- Is safety-conscious and detail-oriented

- Is flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
