Key Responsibilities
- Process hotel linen, towels, guest clothing, and staff uniforms in line with brand standards.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and presses.
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues promptly.
- Sort, fold, and distribute clean linen to Housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry room at all times.
- Support with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Handle guest laundry with care, accuracy, and discretion.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
