Job Type - Part Time
Salary - £12.60 per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeper to ensure that our location remains clean, safe, and welcoming. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness in customer homes or communal areas, using cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for customers.
- Use cleaning products according to instructions, following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely, including carpet cleaners where necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard vulnerable adults.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Customer service NVQ2 is advantageous.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of cleaning procedures and safe use of cleaning products.
- Awareness of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in the workplace.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal and empathy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks around customer needs.
