About the team
As part of the Retail Team in our Regent Street store you will play a key role as the face of GANT to our customers. We expect you to deliver a premium and enriching experience for each customer visiting the store. You will be part of a high-performing team that has an enthusiasm for fashion and the preppy lifestyle. You appreciate the challenge of achieving top results and can deliver continuous improvement. As a team we work to create an exceptional experience for our customers and always meet or exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities
To maintain and comply with all stockroom standards as set out by the Company.
To ensure garments are kept and replaced into: department, style, colour and size order.
To ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the stockroom and any maintenance or health and safety issues/problems are promptly reported to your manager.
To ensure that your comments are included every week in the Managers Report.
To manage and maintain an effective stock fill up system within your store, through daily use of the report screen.
To maintain consistent standards of tagging when preparing fill up for the shop floor.
To maintain an organised Utility area ensuring: Carrier bags are kept tidy and re ordered when necessary.
To maintain vigilant security measures within the stockroom, adhering to all security policies and procedures contained within the Shop Manual. Reporting any suspicious circumstances or incidents to your manager immediately.
Profil
