Waiter or Waitress Job

Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role
- knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
- to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
- assisting guest’s during their visit and handling guest complaints
- performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
- providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities
About You
You have experience working in a guest‑facing role, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. With a warm, engaging approach, you take pride in delivering attentive and personalised service. Highly organised and confident in a fast‑paced setting, you anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction feels seamless and genuine. A strong team player, you communicate clearly, support your colleagues, and maintain high standards of professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each shift.
