Salary - £24,869.63 per year + £1,883.62 annual shift premium
Location - Unit 2 Vespa Point, Coventry, Coventry, CV7 8PE, United Kingdom
We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation. You'll be working across all tasks in the warehouse from goods in, put away, picking, quality checking, stock counts, goods out and loading. You'll be part of a small connected team bringing your willingness to work, develop and ensure success.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Working across all warehouse tasks to include receiving, handling, storing and dispatching product in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Feedback queries, problems and important information to management.
✅ESSENTIAL SKILLS; THIS ROLE MAY SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have worked in a warehouse operative or similar role before; doing tasks across goods in and goods out.
- Have practical experience with MHE such as Reach Truck, Counterbalance or VNA's.
- Can use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to book stock in and out.
- Are fluent in spoken and written English - it is essential to follow H&S instructions and communicate safely with the team.
- Bring an easy‑going, capable and energetic approach with a consistently positive attitude that supports a strong team environment.
- Please note: successful applicants will be required to do a drug and alcohol test.
