YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics are seeking a Warehouse Operative to play a key role within our Manchester operation, supporting the efficient handling, storage and movement of customer goods across inbound and outbound processes.
You will ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely and in line with customer expectations, aviation security requirements and regulatory standards, contributing to high levels of service and operational excellence.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Warehouse Operator, you will carry out a full range of warehouse duties, including picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage of the process.
You will support the loading and unloading of vehicles and containers, handling both loose and palletised freight, and carrying out FLT activities where required. You will also be responsible for checking inbound and outbound cargo, including transit freight for air import and export, ensuring all goods are handled, labelled and processed correctly.
You will work closely with warehouse colleagues and internal teams to prioritise workloads and ensure all operational tasks are completed on time. This includes supporting repalletisation of freight, completing equipment safety checks, and maintaining high standards of warehouse compliance at all times.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role, you will have previous warehouse experience and a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including handling, storage and dispatch processes.
You will be an effective team player with a proactive and flexible approach, able to prioritise workloads and work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance are essential.
