ABOUT THE ROLE – RESTAURANT SERVER

Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Providing menu recommendations and sharing knowledge of our Italian dishes and drinks.
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organised, and ready for service.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.
