Location - Birmingham
We are offering a full time, permanent role where you will be working any 5 days out of 7 on a rotating shift, 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently, using counterbalance
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Carrying out quality and safety checks on products and equipment
- Working towards daily productivity and performance targets
- Maintaining high housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience of driving counterbalance/ MHE
- Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Computer literacy – using Warehouse Management System
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
- Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
