Job Description
- Set up and service meeting rooms with refreshments, working lunches, and hospitality requirements.
- Support catering for meetings, conferences, client events, and internal functions.
- Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company standards.
- Operate retail catering outlets, coffee bars, or grab-and-go services.
- Process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Replenish food, beverage, and retail displays, ensuring products are well presented and fully stocked.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries, rotating stock as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, hospitality areas, retail spaces, and equipment.
- Clear and reset meeting rooms and service areas promptly.
- Follow all food safety, allergen, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
