The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when it comes to counting stock. They should be a reliable team player, physically fit enough for manual handling tasks, and aware of health and safety procedures. Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are important, as well as the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines during busy times. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn warehouse processes are a must.
You should have previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, and using courier systems like DPD and Royal Mail. Being reliable with great attendance and punctuality is key. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse team is important.
