Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess – Bar Lounge role
- Welcome and greet all bar guests warmly to ensure a hospitable atmosphere.
- Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service.
- Familiarise yourself with all bar menus and special offers, maintaining efficient communication.
- Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
About you
Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
