The Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (with some weekend working where required).
Based at our Northampton site (NN7 2QA, near junction 15 of the M1), you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
In this role, you will:
- Support warehouse operations with a variety of tasks
- Load and unload goods carefully and safely
- Use manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided where needed)
- Complete relevant paperwork and checks
- Follow health and safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment
- Share any ideas or concerns with your team to help improve processes

About You
We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences. To help you succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- A current FLT, counterbalance, reach truck or pallet stacker licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- An understanding of safe manual handling practices
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and adapt
