About the Role
This role has duel responsibilities which will include a range of cleaning tasks and administration tasks, including:
- Mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning toilets, floors and offices
- Emptying bins and sanitising surfaces
- Litter picking within yard and car park areas
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling, but don’t worry—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
About the Cleaner Coordinator role
The Co-ordinator part requires you to oversee a team of cleaning operatives on a single site, whilst supporting the Soft Service Manager with the achievement of efficient day-to-day operations and develop a positive workplace culture. In this varied role, you’ll allocate daily tasks to the cleaning team, manage material use and stock control, conduct quality checks ensuring health and safety policies are followed and monitor the team’s attendance, schedule, and overtime.
You’ll be involved with HR matters for example conducting return to work interviews, support the SSM with the recruitment and training of cleaning operatives and play a key role in resolving operational problems.

- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
You should also have:
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Basic administration skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is a bonus, but not essential.
