Salary - £13.28 per hour

You will be responsible for
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
- Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed
- Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
- Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
- Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
You will need
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
- To build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience
- To use your initiative and make the right decisions for customers
- To work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success
