We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at the award-winning The London EDITION hotel.

When a guest walks into any of our rooms – imagine that first look around they take. Followed by that sigh of relief because they’ve arrived to their home away from home, be it for a night or a week, and it’s perfect. Everything is exactly in its place.

That’s the impact you make with your efforts, which become even bigger when those experiences add up and create a loyal guest.

As a Deep Cleaning Room Attendant you will:

- Clean designated areas to provide presentable appearance. 
- Be knowledgeable of where all supplies are located. Have a clear understanding of the different cleaning chemicals and how they are used. 
- Be able to operate all heavy duty machines according to safety standards. 
- Engage and acknowledge all Guests. 
- Anticipate and provide to Guest needs to best of ability. 
- Identify Guest preferences when possible.  
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. 
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to EDITION standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. 
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. 
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. 
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
