Duties and responsibilities related to the Evening Room Attendant - Flexi Hours role
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all assigned guest rooms and areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for every arrival.
- Prepare rooms to brand standards by completing daily cleaning tasks, restocking amenities and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with Guest Services and other hotel teams to support a seamless and personalised guest experience.
- Respond to guest requests and enquiries professionally, ensuring needs are met efficiently and with genuine care.
- Observe and record guest preferences or special requirements to enhance future stays and support personalised service.
- Ensure all lost property is handled and reported according to hotel procedures to guarantee secure and accurate processing.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a clean, organised and safe condition at all times.
- Follow daily workload expectations, including completing assigned room credits, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
