About the Role:
As a Care Assistant , you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
