We’re hiring Warehouse Operators to join our fast-paced team in Brackmills, Northampton. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate receiving, checking, packing, and put-away of stock. You’ll follow standard operating procedures, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.
What will you be doing?
- Unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
- Pick, pack, label, and palletise products accurately.
- Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
- Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
- Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of health & safety practices.
- Good level of spoken and written English, with the ability to understand bother verbal and written instructions
- Basic IT and data entry skills.
- Ability to plan and manage own time
- MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) desirable.
