Warehouse Packer Job
Salary - £27000 per annum
Location - Northampton, Northamptonshire
What you'll be doing:
Picking and packing high-quality products for customers.
Maintaining accurate stock levels throughout the department.
Carrying out quality control checks on products before despatch.
Correcting minor issues where possible.
Ensuring products are handled carefully and presented to the required standard.
Using despatch systems and order management software to process customer orders.
Preparing shipments using systems such as DHL shipping.
Following company procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Keeping managers informed of any issues to minimise problems.
Supporting the team to ensure the department remains safe, secure and organised.
What we're looking for:
Attention to detail is a must. Quality control is an integral part of the despatch department
Strong attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
Good IT literacy and confidence using computer systems.
A proactive and process-driven approach to work.
A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and a personable approach.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Comfortable working within a small team environment.
