Duties and responsibilities related to the Barista role
- Knowledge of content and method of preparation of all beverage items in the menu
- Accountable to assist in all preparation required prior to opening.
- Responsible to ensure correct stock is requisitioned, checked, and stored in the bar.
- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness of bar is maintained including fixtures and fittings.
- Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
- maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
- Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services, and facilities
