Central Bar is recruiting friendly and enthusiastic Bar Staff in Shepherds Bush, London. This part-time opportunity is suitable for applicants who enjoy customer service, teamwork and working in a lively pub environment. Previous experience is not essential, as training is provided.
About the Role
As a member of the pub team, you will help serve food and drinks to the required standards while maintaining cleanliness, safety and excellent customer service.
Flexible shift patterns may include mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes. The role could suit someone looking for extra shifts or an opportunity to develop a long-term hospitality career.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders and prepare, dispense and serve drinks correctly.
- Serve customers at the bar or through the customer app.
- Deliver food, check customer satisfaction and clear plates promptly.
- Welcome customers, communicate politely and build positive relationships.
- Stay informed about promotions, events and new products.
- Clean tables, wipe surfaces and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Wash glasses, restock fridges and help maintain the pub floor and beer garden.
- Support colleagues and complete other duties when required.
Who Can Apply?

- Valid proof of the right to work in the UK.
- A bank account in your own name.
- Sufficient English communication skills to complete training and perform the role.
- A fixed place of residence within reasonable travelling distance.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Reliability, friendliness and the ability to work as part of a team.
Salary and Employee Benefits
- Advertised pay rate of £12.81 per hour.

- An additional £1 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5:59 am.
