Job Type - Part-time
Pay - £13.15 per hour
Expected hours - 20 per week
Kitchen/Catering Assistant - Term Time 20 hours per week to support the chef manager and team at Bow Secondary school - E3 3QW
Do you have a passion for the catering industry, have the right attitude and you are willing to learn. Preferably have worked in a very busy kitchen environment within a school or business and industry.
We at Olive Dining are recruiting for an experienced catering/kitchen assistants to join our Olive family. We are a smaller company and we believe in treating each employee as a person and not just a number .
Your duties
The catering assistant cleans kitchens, taking care of all aspects of hygiene as well as helping to prepare food and serve the students
Assist in the kitchen and to be responsible for hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas.
Catering assistants are also responsible for carrying out basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling food.
You will also assist in organizing the store room
