Warehouse Colleague - Rotating Day Shift
We are looking for experienced (minimum 6 month experience working in a warehouse setting) warehouse colleagues to join our friendly team.
Company Benefits + The Role:
Warehouse Operative (Days) based in Charlton, Greenwich (SE7) working on behalf of our customer (Sainsbury’s)
£12.58 per hour between 06:00-18:00 and additional £1.86 premium per hour from 18:00-22:00 from Day 1 + overtime bonuses
£4.00 p/h overtime (over 160 hours)
Shifts available:
Rotating 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Person Specification
Warehouse experience (minimum 6 month) – particularly in a multi-temperature environment – full training is provided
Must be willing to work within a multi-temperature environment (full PPE provided)
Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
Motivated and committed
Driven with high personal standards.
Flexible – shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7
Adaptable – the role provides a varied working day of multiple tasks
Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
Naturally curious – willing to learn and develop
