Housekeeper and Cook Job Available As Full Time in London
Start Date - End of August / Early September
Working Hours - 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, with a 1-hour break, Monday to Friday
Location - Holland Park
Family - A couple with two boys aged 13 and 16, and a miniature Jack Russel Terrier (5.5kg)
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the house
Laundry and ironing
Acting as the “adult in the house” when the couple is traveling
Cooking a healthy evening meal for the family 3-4 times per week and purchasing required ingredients
Running errands
Walking the dog once or twice per day, 3-4 times per week
Travel: Not required, but occasional travel abroad with the family is optional
Language Requirements: Good English proficiency to communicate in case of deliveries, repairs, etc. Fluent French, Polish, or Spanish is a plus.
Specific Qualifications: Good cooking skills – the candidate shouldn’t be a chef, but should enjoy cooking and have a positive attitude towards it.
Personality: We’re seeking someone who is kind, calm, flexible, independent, with good communication skills, and who will adapt to our lifestyle, becoming a valued addition to the household. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
Salary - £ 40,000 gross per year. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing their own food.
Holiday - 30 days per 12 months of service, including statutory holidays.
Accommodation - A nice studio accommodation is provided.
