We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers with their purchases.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product information and answer customer queries
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in retail sales is desirable but not essential
