Liberty London, one of London’s most famous department stores, is thrilled to announce the opening of an exciting new restaurant. Situated within our Grade II-listed boutique department store, renowned for its iconic mock-Tudor façade built from the timbers of two ships, this venture aims to mirror the charm and luxury of Liberty London.
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic candidates with a passion for customer service and great work ethic.
The candidate must have great energy, positive attitude and team spirit paired with a strong work ethic to become part of our friendly close-knit team!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years bar experience.
The Role:
- Greet and interact with guests
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations
- Set the tables and ensure the excellent overall presentation of the event
- Present and explain the menu to guests
- Make cocktails
- Serving drinks to guests throughout the day
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations
You will be available to work flexible hours throughout the week.
