Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently handle packages and parcels to ensure timely delivery
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
- Sort and organize packages based on delivery route
- Use handheld scanners to track package information and update delivery status
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in package handling or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift
- Familiarity with using handheld scanners or other tracking devices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and delivery of packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

Pay: £8.00-£11.44 per hour
