Part Time Customer Service Colleague Needed at DHL
Contract Type - Permanent
Pay Rate - £12.94 Per Hour
Contract Type - Part Time - 20 hours a week
Shift patterns - Rotational - 6 on 3 off - earlies and lates - 4 hour shifts
Location - Luton Airport

We're seeking a Customer Service Colleague to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers journey positively memorable
Consistently delivering the highest customer service
Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances
Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
Be able to provide five years address history
Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
To obtain a full airside ID
