Location - Knightsbridge, London
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to work as part of the Knightsbridge warehouse team, ensuring that all daily tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately, as well as provide support for the management team and to colleagues in providing the required service standards.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. We work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Being accountable for ensuring that all warehouse tasks allocated to them are completed accurately and efficiently. This includes the accurate checking off of deliveries, the efficient processing of warehouse picks and the effective replenishment of the warehouse.
Ensuring that the required service standards are adhered to and, where possible, surpassed.
Ensuring that all warehouse processes are followed and adhered to at all times.
Identifying opportunities to pursue appropriate activities that will promote continual self-development. This may include the coaching and training of new colleagues as required.
Adhering to the Company’s Business Dress Code and policy for timekeeping and attendance.
About You
As Warehouse Operative you will have a strong work ethic and great attention to detail as you will be checking key details of luxury orders on a day to day basis. You will be hard working, reliable, quick thinking and have the ability to take initiative. You will be a valuable team player who thrives on getting the job done to a high Harrods standard. You will have great timekeeping ability with flexibility to support the team across multiple functions with the team end goal in mind.
