About us
Indian Gastropub @ Kingsfield Arms is based in the heart of Harrow, we serve freshly cooked North Indian Cuisine and will be adding an Indian Street food selection to the current menu
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, setting up tables, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and provide friendly and courteous service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform basic math calculations to collect payments and make change.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £8.00-£13.50 per hour

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
